Customers outside India are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their destination country.

The buyer/importer may be responsible for:

  • Local product approvals
  • Labelling requirements
  • Permits and certificates
  • Customs broker/clearing agent requirements

NAWINZA will provide available commercial and shipping documentation applicable to the transaction, subject to the agreed terms.

11. CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

An order may not be cancellable after:

  • Processing has started;
  • The product has been dispatched;
  • Customization/private labelling has commenced;
  • Manufacturing or procurement has commenced;
  • A third-party supplier has committed the product specifically for the customer; or
  • Other non-recoverable costs have been incurred.

Any refund following cancellation will be determined according to the applicable Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and the specific terms of the transaction.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by NAWINZA’s Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Because many products may be hygiene-sensitive, consumable, personal-care, cosmetic, healthcare, food, wellness, or otherwise unsuitable for resale after opening, opened, used, altered, or tampered products generally cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law or where the product is demonstrably defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible under our policy.

13. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect the package promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact NAWINZA as soon as reasonably possible with:

  • Order/invoice number
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Photographs of shipping damage, where applicable
  • Unboxing video, where available
  • Other information reasonably requested by NAWINZA

We may investigate the issue before approving a replacement, refund, credit, or other appropriate resolution.

14. PRIVATE-LABEL AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Private-label, customized, personalized, specially manufactured, specially procured, branded, or customer-specific products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production, procurement, customization, labelling, or other processing has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where NAWINZA agrees otherwise in writing.
