Effective Date: 20 August 2026
Last Updated: 20 August 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how NAWINZA (OPC) Private Limited (“NAWINZA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) manages the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our website or other authorized sales channels.
1. Scope
This policy applies to orders placed through the NAWINZA website and, where applicable, orders supplied through authorized distributors, business customers, wholesale buyers, export customers, or other approved channels.
Shipping terms may vary depending on the product, destination, order quantity, shipping method, and whether the transaction is domestic or international.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after successful confirmation of payment and verification of the order details.
We normally aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, unless a different processing period is stated on the product page, at checkout, in the purchase order, or otherwise communicated to the customer.
Orders containing customized, private-label, bulk, wholesale, or export products may require additional processing time.
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on:
- Delivery location;
- Availability of the product;
- Shipping method selected;
- Courier or logistics provider;
- Customs clearance, where applicable;
- Import regulations and documentation;
- Weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any delivery timeframe displayed on the website is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Domestic Shipping – India
For deliveries within India, NAWINZA may use appropriate courier, logistics, postal, freight, or other delivery service providers depending on the nature and size of the order.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, may be displayed at checkout or communicated before confirmation of the order.
For bulk, commercial, wholesale, or special shipments, transportation charges may be calculated separately based on destination, weight, volume, and shipping method.
5. International Shipping and Export Orders
NAWINZA may supply products to international customers subject to applicable export laws, destination-country requirements, product restrictions, customs regulations, and availability of appropriate documentation.
International orders may be shipped by courier, air freight, sea freight, or other suitable logistics arrangements.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, the customer/importer is responsible for applicable:
- Import duties;
- Customs duties;
- Taxes and levies;
- Customs clearance charges;
- Import permits or licenses;
- Destination-country regulatory requirements;
- Local delivery or handling charges.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance and regulatory procedures.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may depend on the destination, package weight, dimensions, quantity, shipping method, and nature of the products.
The applicable shipping cost may be:
- Displayed at checkout;
- Included in the product/order price;
- Quoted separately; or
- Agreed with the customer for wholesale, export, private-label, or commercial orders.
NAWINZA reserves the right to confirm the final shipping cost before dispatch where actual logistics charges cannot be determined at the time of order placement.
7. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, NAWINZA or its logistics partner may provide the customer with a tracking number or tracking information.
Customers should use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress and should contact the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, email address, postal code, and other information necessary for successful delivery.
NAWINZA will not ordinarily be responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or return-to-sender situations caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information;
- Customer unavailability;
- Refusal to accept delivery;
- Incorrect contact details;
- Failure to provide required customs or delivery information; or
- Other circumstances attributable to the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order has to be reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
9. Delayed or Failed Delivery
NAWINZA will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the applicable processing period. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within a particular period where delays arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs delays, governmental restrictions, strikes, carrier disruptions, technical issues, or other force majeure events.
If a shipment is materially delayed or lost, customers should contact NAWINZA using the contact information provided below so that we can coordinate with the applicable logistics provider.
10. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery wherever reasonably possible.
If a package appears visibly damaged, customers should, where possible:
- Photograph the package and damage before opening;
- Record the condition of the package;
- Notify the delivery provider; and
- Contact NAWINZA as soon as reasonably possible.
For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete order, customers should contact NAWINZA with relevant photographs, order details, and supporting information.
Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
11. Missing or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is materially different from the item ordered, or if an item is missing from your shipment, please contact NAWINZA promptly with your order details and supporting evidence.
We may investigate the matter with our warehouse, fulfillment team, courier, or logistics provider before determining the appropriate resolution.
12. Product Availability
Shipping and delivery are subject to product availability.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable or there is an unexpected supply issue, NAWINZA may contact the customer regarding the available options, including an alternative product, revised delivery schedule, or cancellation/refund where applicable.
13. Bulk, Wholesale and Private-Label Orders
Bulk, wholesale, B2B, private-label, customized, and commercial orders may have different production, packaging, dispatch, freight, and delivery timelines.
The applicable shipping terms will be communicated through the quotation, purchase order, sales contract, invoice, or other written commercial agreement.
Where a separate written agreement contains specific shipping or delivery terms, those terms will prevail for that particular transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Customs and Regulatory Compliance
For international shipments, customers/importers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in the destination country, including import requirements, customs procedures, product-specific requirements, and payment of applicable duties and taxes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain products may be subject to additional regulatory requirements, restrictions, documentation, certifications, or import permissions.
NAWINZA reserves the right to decline or cancel an international shipment where applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, customs requirements, or logistical restrictions prevent lawful shipment.
15. Delivery Confirmation
A shipment may be considered delivered when the applicable courier, carrier, freight provider, or logistics service records the shipment as delivered to the address or recipient specified in the order.
Where appropriate, NAWINZA may rely on the delivery confirmation or tracking records provided by the logistics provider.
16. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched, subject to the applicable order terms and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return/refund procedure.
Customized, private-label, made-to-order, or specially procured products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions as communicated before order confirmation.
17. No Guarantee for Delays Beyond Our Control
NAWINZA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events or circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, carrier failures, or other force majeure events.
We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and assist customers in obtaining available shipment information.

20. Governing Terms
This policy is intended to be read together with NAWINZA’s applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
21. International Buyer / Importer Responsibility
For international orders, the customer, buyer, consignee, or importer of record is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, customs requirements, import procedures, product-specific requirements, permits, licenses, registrations, and other requirements applicable in the destination country, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with NAWINZA.
The international buyer/importer is also responsible for payment of applicable customs duties, import duties, tariffs, taxes, VAT/GST or similar destination-country taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage charges, demurrage, local handling charges, and other destination-related costs, unless such costs have been expressly included in the agreed commercial terms.
The buyer should verify before placing an order that the products can legally be imported into the destination country and that all necessary approvals, permits, certifications, registrations, or documentation are available or can be obtained.
NAWINZA may provide commercially appropriate shipping and export documentation available from its side; however, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, NAWINZA does not assume responsibility for obtaining the buyer’s destination-country import permits, licenses, registrations, or regulatory approvals.
If an international shipment is delayed, held, returned, refused, destroyed, abandoned, or otherwise affected because of the buyer’s failure to comply with destination-country requirements, provide required information or documents, pay applicable charges, or accept the shipment, the resulting costs and consequences may be the responsibility of the buyer, subject to applicable law and the agreed contractual terms.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights or protections available to the customer under applicable law.
